At Out Of Order Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your timepiece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your watch in its original 'damaged-in-Italy' packaging, including all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our workshop verifies the watch's condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
