How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard international shipping typically takes 3-5 business days via express courier. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your timepiece leaves our facility in Italy.

Do you offer a warranty on your watches?

Yes, every Out Of Order watch is covered by a 24-month international warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return window for unworn items in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization.
